Episode 3- An Invitation To Destiny Part III
Our rangers arrive on the street in front of the historical society, mysteriously without Kai. Also on the street are three Technotrons, one of them soon to be dubbed a Bowlertrong, seemingly leading them, wearing a bowler hat, and wielding a blaster. Our rangers engage them, Grace quickly dispatching one of the Technotrons, only for another to engage her. Mathew fights with another, struggling to land a successful hit before jump kicking through it. Claudia morphs, and attempts to help Grace with her putty. Mathew runs to engage the Bowlertron. Grace morphs, however the last Technotron slams her into the ground, rendering her unmorphed, and knocking her unconscious. Claudia attemps to fight the Technotron herself, but struggled to land a single blow. Soon after engaging with Mathew, the Bowlertron's blaster jams, and Mathew draws his power sai. He lands two powerful strikes on the Bowlertron, and it explodes in glorious fashion. He then heads over to help Claudia in fighting the Technotron. Immediately, the Technotron knocks him out as well. Finally, Claudia manages to defeat the Technotron. She kicks its head away as it falls apart, only for the head to seem to teleport away.
The rangers recover for a moment, then retrieve the map, and teleport back to Horizon. Grace examines the map more, and Mathew utilizes his A.I. in an attempt to learn about the Technotrons. At Ted's questioning of where Kai is, the team try to locate him. They figure out he is alive, and soon attempt to contact him. They manage to do so, however the signal has heavy inference. They figure out a way to lock their teleportation onto him however, and teleport to wherever he may be.
